Exchange and Return Policy
Due to the economic downturn The Oko Box no longer is able to accept returns, but will exchange any item that is sent back within 30 days of receipt. The item(s) can not be worn, soiled, damaged, or otherwise unless it was a flaw in manufacturing when received.
